Definitions

    • Services means our Styling Services, our website www.fabledstyling.com, our social media pages and any communication with you about our Styling Services, our website or social media pages (regardless of method of communication).
    • Special Categories of Personal Data has the same meaning as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR.
    • Styling Services means personal styling advice in the form of one-on-one or group consultations (whether provided in person, via video chat or other direct form of communication such as telephone, email or direct message), written advice and / or personal styling courses or programs available to download or purchase from our website.

Hosting and International Data Transfers

    • We utilise MailChimp in order to provide the Services. MailChimp’s services are located in the United States of America and as such your Personal Information may be transferred to the United States. MailChimp includes the Standard Contractual Clauses into its Data Processing Addendum which is available at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.
    • OTHER PLUGINS / SERVICES 
    • You acknowledge that Personal Information that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

    • We are committed to ensuring that the Personal Information you provide to us is secure.
